1. Extra Allotment: In such cases that an Extra Allotment is requested, prices previously agreed will be guaranteed with the exception of groups, congress/conferecnces requests in which cases prices will be agreed case by case.
  2. Cancellations : No Show: Telereserva will have the capacity to cancel, partially or fully, of reserved rooms according to release dates agreed in the present contract. However, Telereserva will only be held responsible for the payment of the maximum of one night ( BB basis) per reserved room in the case that cancellations are made after the release date stipulated in the contract and only in case that the hotel itself cannot sell the rooms on their own accord.
  3. Payments: Payments will be made in the following manner:
    a) Pre payment prior to clients arrival upon reception of pro-form invoice
    b) Within 30 days after the reception of the invoice accompanied by the respective voucher issued either by Telereserva itself or by one of its representatives., except the mentioned in paragraph 9 .
  4. Overbooking: In such cases, the hotel will be totally responsible for the allocation of accommodation equal to or superior to that reserved. Under no circumstances will Telereserva or their clients be charged for superior accommodation. The Hotel will be held responsible to any complaint made by the client.
  5. Validity : This contract will be valid from the moment it is signed until the end of it’s period of use. It will not be altered or annulled in any way unless by way of written consent by one of the contracted parties
  6. Prices : Prices are net and inclusive of all taxes
    a) Over commission: to be informed by the hotel.
  7. Back Office with Online Allotment
    a) will be given to hotel a login/password for hotel back office online
    (www.telereserva.net); (www.hotel-online.net)
    b) Insert online allotment (independent of the given allotment referred on contract) being the hotel able to insert open/stop sales once necessary.
    c) Bookings information
    d) Special Offers insertion (relative to all rooms available: allotment and online allotment)
    e) See prices of your hotel in our system, agency groups, agencies, companies and general public.
    f) Hotel information, modify such as: Login/password, pictograms, facilities,
    g) Renewal contract request for new period.
  8. Reservations : All reservations and payments will be made by Telereserva (allotment and/or online allotment) except the mentioned on the paragraph 9.
  9. Exceptions:
    a) According to Telereserva office hours, there are reservations automatic resent to hotel by e-mail.
    In this cases the payment is made directly to hotel by the clients. The hotel is informed, by Telereserva system, the amount to receive from the client.
    Also the same amount are mentioned in the voucher of the clients.
    The balance between the Net price and the amount received by the hotel is credit to Telereserva.
    b) Credit card are compulsory, by the system, as a guarantee of the booking.
    c) Each e-mail received by the hotel, for each reservation, an information in planning will be given to the hotel in order to show the method of book.
  10. General: This contract will abide by CEE and the local legislation, referring to the Jurisdiction of the Loulé County Court .
  11. Final Agreement: Each signing Party will obtain a copy of this contract as proof and reference.
